Mapping organisational growth, its drivers and its impact
A study considering the determinants of innovation and innovations role in organisations.
Description of the Project
This study considers the determinants of innovation and the role of innovation in organisational growth and performance. Six different sets of hypotheses will specifically aim to address three main questions:
- What are the main channels of influence by which growing organisations may have an impact on national economic performance?
- How can these channels of influence best be conceptualised and then explored through empirical research?
- What is the relative importance of these channels for national economic performance and for the ways in which the economy affects social welfare?
