Member Logon
Your logon gives you access to data that you're approved to use together with familiar statistical software and office tools.
To obtain your logon, follow our steps for Applying.
If you already have a logon, use and bookmark the link below to the logon web page. Once logged on, you can access your project and collaborate with other researchers approved for the same project.
Note that if you do not have a logon you will not be able to access the logon web page as it is linked to your computer's IP address.
SECURE DATA SERVICE MEMBER LOGON
Current connection issues
We are aware that some members are experiencing connection/reconnection issues when using the Secure Data Service. Specifically, some members have reported that their session is locked (either because of 5 minutes of inactivity or the researcher has manually locked the screen) and they are unable to lock back in.
This is a known issue and is due to a Citrix/Microsoft bug. More information can be found on the Citrix web site.
To minimise the impact of this issue, please do not 'lock' your SDS session or allow it to lock automatically. If you need to stop working, click on the top right hand cross to disconnect - everything will continue to run and your session will be restored at next logon.
